DeBusk said the assault and theft charges come from actions allegedly taken toward the dead man.
DeBusk said officers charged Hope Carol Warvi, 22; Joshua Cool, 27; and Brandon Roberts, 28, each with assault and theft. Bond every was set at $7,500.
Every one of the arrested told police above was homeless, DeBusk said. Warvi is from Strawberry Plains, Cool is produced by Pennsylvania and Roberts comes from Virginia.
As officers continued to go looking around, they found a homeless camp through the woods. Several people were finding a tent for shelter in the camp, DeBusk said.
"At this point use of has been charged linked to the death," DeBusk said.
Police, however, did arrest four people coming from a incident. Rose, the person listed as homeless, was involved in resisting arrest and public intoxication. He had been held Wednesday in prison rather than $1,250 bond.
"After a short struggle the suspect was captured without further incident," DeBusk said.
DeBusk said your entire body was forwarded to the Regional Forensic Center to have an autopsy that must decide how the individual died and confirm his identity.
A fifth man in the tent is now being treated right now being witness, DeBusk said.
Police found four people asleep from the tent "and a fifth male was discovered in the corner of the tent hidden in blankets," DeBusk said. The unidentified man under blankets was dead.
